Remote Hands Policy Colocation Customers may request HostMe to perform "remote hands" service on Customer's equipment within the HostMe facilities.

Service Level Agreement(SLA) This HostMe (Host) Service Level Agreements (SLA) is governed by the customer service agreement or master service agreement (each, an “Agreement”).

Colocation Access Policy In order to ensure the safety and security of our facility, our clients and their colocated systems, HostMe has specific policies and procedures that all employees, clients and guests must follow.
Terms of Use HostMe provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by HostMe from time to time without notice to you.
Privacy Policy HostMe’s policies and procedures for handling customer information have been created with the understanding that Internet technologies are still evolving and that Internet business methods are continuing to evolve to meet the needs and opportunities of the changing technologies.
Legal Notice
All notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via e-mail or conventional mail. HostMe may broadcast notices or messages through the Service to inform CUSTOMER of changes to the TOS at their choosing, but is not required to do so; HostMe may broadcast changes to the Service, or other matters of importance; such broadcasts shall constitute notice to CUSTOMER.
