Remote Hands Policy Colocation Customers may request HostMe to perform "remote hands" service on Customer's equipment within the HostMe facilities.
Service Level Agreement(SLA) This HostMe (Host) Service Level Agreements (SLA) is governed by the customer service agreement or master service agreement (each, an “Agreement”).

Legal Notice
All notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via e-mail or conventional mail. HostMe may broadcast notices or messages through the Service to inform CUSTOMER of changes to the TOS at their choosing, but is not required to do so; HostMe may broadcast changes to the Service, or other matters of importance; such broadcasts shall constitute notice to CUSTOMER.
